great time at Baie-St.-Paul
We really enjoyed our time at this place. The property was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of equipment and utensils for cooking and the washer/dryer was a plus. The whole place seemed like new. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the outdoor porch, and watching the boats and weather patterns on the river was an unfailing delight. Saw several rainbows. The area was beautiful and full of excellent hiking opportunities. The town of Baie-St.-Paul was not impressive. The downtown was a string of tourist shops and extremely overpriced restaurants. The crowds were oppressive. We ended up avoiding it and eating in at night and checking out little local places away from downtown at lunch.

En hiver, les corridors extérieurs ne sont pas pertinents, surtout pour aller à la piscine. Les appareils du gym ne sont pas tous fonctionnels.

Magnifique place de repos en Charlevoix
Très belle place, bien indiquée pour s’y rendre malheureusement une fois sur le parking, il restait plus qu’une place de disponible et non déneiger donc la voiture s’est embourbée et il a fallu pelleter. Dommage que les places interdites ne soient pas plus utilisées ou que les gens ne se collent pas plus. La piscine a également été très apprécié. Mai si elle est très achalandée aussi et la limite de 8dedans limite sa disponibilité parmi toutes les familles du complexe. Prochaine étape sûrement pour la phase 2, le sauna. Sentier de raquette dans le boisé partagé avec vélo Charlevoix est un réel plus mais le prix pour deux nuits restent très dispendieux et n’est pas donné à toutes les bourses. Pour finir félicitations pour la vue sur l’ile aux coudres, et le salon. magnifiqueNicolas

Beau et grand condo, vue incroyable sur le fleuve. Certains articles de cuisine ne fonctionnent plus et seraient à remplacer. Le coût de base est très abordable, par contre les frais $$ et les extras s'ajoutent rapidement! Il y a des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique : géniale ! Par contre, on doit les reserver au coût de 35$ +taxes la journée... ce qui est très abusif. J'ai pris une borne rapide dans le village pour le tiers du prix à la place.

Superbe vue!
Condo très grand et bien équipé. La vue est splendide . Très bien isolé, donc tranquille. Nous étions toujours heureux d’y revenir et de partager de bons moments dans la grande pièce centrale. Tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner.

Le condo était magnifique, la vue incroyable. Notre seul B mol est que le lave-vaisselle n'était pas fonctionnel et que nous n'avions pas été averti avant notre arrivée. Nous aurions peut-être choisi un autre logement si nous l'avions su avant.

Il a été facile de trouver l'endroit et les instructions sont claires, on ne peut se tromper. Il devrait y avoir une borne de recharge de disponible à quelque part dans le stationnement. Les seules disponibles sont associées à un propriétaire nous ne pouvons donc pas recharger si besoin., Le confort du condo est tout à fait agréable, d'une propreté impeccable et nous avions une superbe vue sur Baie St-Paul. La communication avec le propriétaire est facile et efficace Très agréable. Merci

Beautiful contemporary apartment with a lovely view
We loved staying in this apartment, which was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could need (and more), and had a lovely view of the bay and the St. Lawrence Seaway beyond. We enjoyed watching freighters coming in empty and leaving filled, and were thrilled by several gorgeous sunsets and sunrises through the large windows overlooking the bay, which made the living space luminous. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens and blankets (plenty of extra pillows); the bathrooms were well designed and had plenty of towels. The living room was large and had ample seating and lighting. We appreciated the sharp knives (a rarity in rental units) and the good quality pans, flatware, and other kitchen goods. Plenty to do here, too, with hiking, gallery and museums to see, and nearby towns of interest (La Malbaie and others). All in all, a delightful visit!
