“bad front desk service”

“This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.”

“It’s a stunning hotel! I loved my deluxe suite with an ocean view. The complimentary branded water bottles and beach bag was quite thoughtful. Didn’t know what I was missing when I stayed elsewhere on my first Bahamas visit. ”
