“We had an amazing experience here at the 5 Heeren Hotel. The location is superb, right next to Jonker Street, and the hotel itself is exquisite both inside and outside. “Lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed our one night stay there. The projector screen TV was a plus and the front desk staff Marcus Abraham Thomas was great . “Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. “CK Hotel is a barebones hotel with no bells and whistles. There is no elevator so hopefully you don’t have a huge bag. My room barely had space beyond the bed.
