「NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..」

「We loved all about our stay here. The check in was easy and convenient. The host helped us via WhatsApp with all our questions. We booked the room with a window towards the street. It was super clean and tastefully furnished. The breakfast included freshly prepared fruit salad, fresh juice coffee/tea, scrambled egg and an assortment of bread. Perfect to kick off the day. 」

「Excellent location in the heart of the vibrant historic Center. Room had a small fridge which we found useful. The breakfast was excellent- fresh fruit salad, eggs cooked any style, rolls and sliced bread, jam, butter coffee, cheese. Delicious and filling to start the day. A very nice lady greeted us with a smile and served breakfast. We ate a nice lunch when we arrived at a restaurant - same name is the hotel- ( a short walk). Try not to get the rooms closest to the front desk- as that area...
