“This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning. The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.”

“Cuarto limpio, desayuno buffet del domingo muy bueno. La de los otros días, muy básico, no acorde con el estándar de un hotel de esas características. Si bien la atención del front desk fue buena, hubo momentos en que no había nadie en la recepción. En términos generales, una estadía placentera.”
