“Cozy and comfortable!!”

“This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning. The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.”

“I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time. When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport. EXCELLENT SERVICE!”

“The location is great, right across from a beautiful park and church with restaurants across the park. The room was nice but was missing the shower door and the floor could have been cleaner. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. The coffee was good but the breakfast was just okay although the scrambled eggs were great. Overall I would recommend and stay again.”

“Cuarto limpio, desayuno buffet del domingo muy bueno. La de los otros días, muy básico, no acorde con el estándar de un hotel de esas características. Si bien la atención del front desk fue buena, hubo momentos en que no había nadie en la recepción. En términos generales, una estadía placentera.”
