“I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to……

“Plenty of room to spread out! Kitchen well stocked with any dishes or tools you might need. Easy walk to beach and Food lion and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed outings to nearby Kitty Hawk, Bodie and Cape Hatteras lighthouses. Very relaxing week.”

“With Avon being additional 40 minutes south of Nags head it adds to the travel time but is worth every minute! 1 traffic light town with everything you need. The house was top of the line and had all amenities! Were a fishing famiky so most days were spent on the surf. A 20 second walk to yhe ocean”

“We had a wonderful week at Ooh La La with our four kids, ages 12-21. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed and more! Comfortable beds and pillows, great layout for bedrooms and living space, multiple deck areas, and well stocked kitchen. We made most of our meals at home and had everything we Needed. Even a pan for make a birthday cake for our daughter. Close to beach and walking distance to Avon restaurants and pier. We would recommend Ooh La La for a great week……

“Great house to host our two families. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and close location to the beach. It’s a well used house at the beach so it isn’t expected to be perfect, but it suited our needs very well. There are boardwalks close to the house that make the beach trip less than 10 minutes on foot. All in all a good place to stay!”

“Property was very nice but the climb was tough for senior citizens. Would have been nice on how to operate the tv’s, never could figure out how to get live tv or directl”

“Very user friendly to rent. House didn't have but couple rolls of toilet paper and dish washer detergent ( for 10 people). I didn't think I had to bring all essential item to stay. We had a wonderful time too. Just feel some item could be kept in stock at the house for the money it cost to rent for a week.”

“My wife and I needed this getaway for the weekend. Outstanding experience at this property. Many businesses are shutting down for the off-season, but several good choices available. Cape Hatteras Light Station is completely covered in scaffolding due to a complete restoration.”
