Set on Avon's pristine north end and accessible only by bridge, Island Creek Resort offers over 1,000 feet of shallow sound-front access. Windsurfers, kite surfers, kayakers, and kids will love this ultra-friendly location, where miles of open Pamlico Sound facilitate launching, fishing, exploring, relaxing, or just horsing around in the water.
This stilted home features a two-story layout with a raised, first floor featuring a wraparound deck and a common area with a TV and daybed. The second floor serves as the primary living space featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting. A second wraparound deck is furnished with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor picnic/dining table. The boat slips are not for overnight use, they are only for loading and unloading.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
