You'll be steps away from the elevator to the luxurious 17,000 square foot Spa and the complimentary health club complete with indoor twenty meter lap pool, outdoor pool, one indoor and two outdoor hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, fully equipped locker rooms, four stationary bikes, two treadmills, one elliptical machine, four weight benches, a variety of free weights, and more.

Beaver Creek Village's famed shopping, dining, performing arts center, and family ice skating rink are just a few hundred yards away. As an alternative to the short stroll, our building runs a complementary private shuttle for our guests. It runs every 5 minutes to reach the Centennial lift and the village square (Vilar Center escalator). The shuttle also runs once daily to the grocery market (no need for car).

Do you golf? With twelve golf courses near Beaver Creek and more on the way, this high-altitude destination has come to be known as a golfer's paradise. Players of all abilities will find a golf course and an experience best suited for them. We are located right next to the famed Beaver Creek Golf Club, open May 7 through October 17.

It's no wonder that golf is a favorite activity in the summer. With so many courses to choose from, you could spend your entire summer vacation golfing the best courses in the Vail Valley and still not play them all!

Amazing location and a beautiful building
This unit was perfect for my family of four including two middle schoolers. The pullout couch allowed my children to have separate beds. The location is truly outstanding. We came for Easter, and the Elkhorn lift was still open. You can ski right from the back of the building to that lift. The building is beautiful. It has 24 hour front desk and a great coffee machine. There’s also a restaurant and breakfast that was quite delicious. The village was a 5 minute walk. Location is wonderful The actual unit is on the same floor as the front desk and right next to charter sports. Very convenient. We did hear a little bit of noise in the hallway, but nothing from about 9 PM on. Definitely will rent this again if we come back to Beavercreek

A perfect 10 at Charter
Our family came to Beaver Creek to ski (kids first time and an excellent experience with ski school) and had the best week! This is our third and favorite stay at The Charter. It was recently renovated and the furnishings are too notch. Staff is excellent and easy access to beverages like hot choc and coffee and water. We loved the main level location of this condo for easy in and out, close to Charter Sports shop. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with all the tight homey amenities and perfect view of the mountain!! Loved looking out each morning to see the snow covered mountain and views of the lifts. I could go on and on but we would absolutely book this condo again! Thank you for a perfect stay!

5 STARS all around
This property exceeded our expectations. First, we had to request a shift in our vacation due to our daughter's horse show that was scheduled after I had made our reservations. The owner, Curt, could not have been nicer. I felt so bad, but he did not seem bothered one bit. SO thankful it worked out because we LOVE this condo. It has a beautiful view, two spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that had so many amenities we felt like we were family visiting. The location is nice, the shuttle literally runs every 15 minutes (easy to load your ski gear and hop on) during the day and if you want to walk to the village, it's a nice stroll- maybe 5/6 mins from the back door. I enjoyed the spa, my husband and daughter enjoyed the large indoor pool and hot tubs. We felt close enough to the action in the village, but just far enough away to relax. The town shuttle runs to Avon, Lionshead and into Vail. Nice to be able to shop around for a day without Uber expenses...we didn't rent a car, didn't need it. All you need is within walking/shuttling distance. Thank you again, we talked on the airplane ride home about our return. :-))))

Great Spot
Very nice place. Great location and you can ski in and ski out once you figure out the ski paths to do so. You can rent equipment on site too. We had a 4.5 and 7 year old and great for small families. Pool and hot tub and game room were great post skiing activities for kids. The walk to the Village is about 10 minutes if you have people in your party that can’t ski. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Excellent Value & Location!
Be sure to ask where the actual ski in / ski out is on property - it is right outside the back entrance to The Charter! Very useful. This condo was comfortable, clean, and we loved all of the amenities onsite - hot tubs, pools, breakfast buffet, & ski storage. Will definitely come back! We love Beaver Creek.

The condo was lovely, beautiful, spacious, fully equipped, clean. We were able to walk out the back door and ski onto the slopes. Enjoyed the hot tub too. This unit is in a particularly good spot - off the lobby and easy access to the door to ski on/off area. Def would stay again.

Excellent condo, very clean and comfortable. We love The Charter and this was our third time staying at this location. First time in this condo and we will definitely request it again. Conveniently located to Charter Sports, the lobby, bar and restaurants and the elevator to the hot tub, spa and gym.

Perfect location Beaver Creek!
Spent Christmas with our daughter and her boyfriend at this beautiful condo. Love The Charter location as you have all of the amenities of a hotel during your stay. The front desk was so helpful and welcoming. The Steakhouse on property was incredible food and service and so convenient. Also, just down the hall you can rent all of your ski gear, again, so convenient. The only downside is the ski out lift was not in operation while we were there. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in a rental so thank you for that! Shuttles were very 10 minutes and so friendly. A win-win for us and we would definitely stay again here!

Great Property and perfect accommodations
We’ve stayed at so many properties and this one met and exceeded our expectations. The location of the property and what was available in the unit was perfect for our family of 4. Yes there is no air conditioning (which was one of our top considerations normally ) but it was comfortable with the fans in every room and the opening of the windows. The property owner were very prompt with their responses to our questions too! Will be definitely booking here again.

Very happy with the place, seemed to be exactly what was stated. If you stay there make sure you download the beaver creek bus app, even though it is very short walk to town center it is nice to take a bus to save some steps if you have older people in your group.

Nice condo in great location.
Curt was so helpful and answered all questions in a prompt manner before our arrival. The condo is a very short walking distance to the village. The location is great. The condo was very nice and pool was great. Definitely recommend.

TVs did not work. Many lamps bulbs were out. The carpet in both bed rooms was very dirty with stains on it and very shaggy. There is construction/ renovation every where in the complex. This was not revealed at the time of reservation. Felt very unsafe in the building. Property should not be rented till everything is complete and cleaned.

Perfect family ski vacation!
This is the perfect place for a family of four on a ski vacation. Easy shuttles to the slopes, great kitchen for cooking dinner, and comfortable beds. Loved it, and would love to stay there again!

Charter Condo
The views from this condo are some of the best we’ve had in our years coming to Beaver Creek. The condo was comfortable and clean. The proximity to our skis and local transportation was great as well. There were only two things that we were disappointed with during our stay. Because we booked through a third party, we felt like we were treated differently by the front desk staff. We arrived early and our groceries had also arrived, but we were told that even though our unit was ready we were not allowed to enter until exactly 4:00. We literally Sat on a couch in front of the desk for over an hour and the staff was not friendly at all (except the bell man who assisted with our bags). Our only other complaint was that because we were so close to the ski-in/out door and equipment rental store, from 8am-4:00pm it was very loud because of people walking up and down the hallway with ski boots and kids running around. It was kind of a double-edged sword type thing though because it was nice being located near those areas when we were skiing.

Perfect Skiing Accommodation
We enjoyed our stay. The condo had all key supplies and amenities. Very comfortable. Loved the easy ski in and ski out. Ski rental was easy at the Ski shop on the property. The hot tubs, spa, and onsite restaurants made it all so easy. Hope we can stay here again in the future.
