“My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights here, and didnt want to leave! From the high ceilings to the exposed brick on the walls it was easy to fall in love with this place! It was private and perfect. “As you walk in, you don't know what to expect since the building used to be the old water department. However, the room was cute, clean and suited the purpose. The amount of stairs we had to climb was unexpected as my spouse will be getting knee surgery soon. Otherwise great job with the renovated the building. ”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues. You do hear quite a bit of noise from the downstairs bar. It wasn't much of an issue on Friday night and the bar closes relatively early so we weren't bothered by it on Friday night. “The location and room is absolutely awesome. It will be my default place to stay every time I come to Perryville. The disclaimer on the website says it may be noisy because of the restaurant and bar below. But we were there over a weekend and heard nothing from below.
