“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“Lovely place. The bare brick walls were amazing. Had all conveniences that I needed. Had minor set up problems but were taken care of in a timely manner. Only suggestion - even though there’s a key pad at street level, I think a door with a peep hole would be nice. Thank you!”

“My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights here, and didnt want to leave! From the high ceilings to the exposed brick on the walls it was easy to fall in love with this place! It was private and perfect. “The location and room is absolutely awesome. It will be my default place to stay every time I come to Perryville. The disclaimer on the website says it may be noisy because of the restaurant and bar below. But we were there over a weekend and heard nothing from below. Huge upgrade compared to local hotels and the best restaurant in town with a huge beer selection is right below you. You will not be disappointed with this choice!”

“I needed a place to stay in Du Quoin while visiting family and was delighted to find a beautifully renovated apartment above a shop on Main Street.
