“Incredibly relaxing stay! Bed was very comfortable (great for my bad back) fireplace in the Lounge Room with lovely outdoor bath was fantastic. I simply loved having a sauna inside the bathroom. When we arrived, we saw our little welcome pack with breakfast provisions for the first day and feed so we could feed the cows, goats and alpacas on the property. ”

“The location is beautiful. Villas face the estuary and the units are well separated so they’re quiet. It’s an easy walk to the river mouth and Ocean Beach. There’s lots of nature - birds, swans, pelicans, kangaroos and a farm next door with cows. Great that dogs are allowed. Unfortunately internet connection is weak but it’s good to disconnect for awhile.”

“这次出行住得最棒的地方，厨房，房间，浴室设施极佳。晚上观星极佳，还看到了流星。房主还给我们准备了充足的早餐，鸡蛋，牛奶，麦片，面包，果酱，还有迎宾白葡萄酒。我们入住稍晚还让我们可以晚点退房，各种贴心。房子周围风景很好，很多野生动物，还遇到一条虎蛇，这个有点惊悚了。女儿感动得留了感谢纸条。下次来大洋路还住这里。”

Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. “From booking, paying, checking in, our accommodation to checking out was seamless. The apartment was so clean and tidy. Originally was booked for 2 couples but they couldn't make the trip at the last minute so was just 2 of is in a 2 bed apartment. It would have been so comfortable with the 4 us especially since separate bathrooms. Only fault if you want one is there was no tongs or bbq utensils and there was no instructions on how to use the oven and the remotes but that is being unbelievably……

"In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare.

"Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service...."
