"This was easily my best stay in Melb. It was the Grand Hyatt team that made this trip memorable. Whilst booking this 4-nights stay, Ms. Linh Truong was very helpful in making the arrangements and ensuring our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, John at Concierge greeted us and took care of the luggage. Everything was promptly taken up to our rooms. Check-in was quick and efficient. The housekeeping team were friendly and stopped by everyday to check that our rooms were cleaned and amenities were refilled. The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient part of Collins Street with a stunning view of the Yarra River. The only qualm I have is the walls are very thin, you can hear the pipes when your neighbours use their shower. I look forward to my next stay at Grand Hyatt Melbourne."
