Management was excellent about communicating about surrounding attractions and what was available/expected with the property. Quick response to not being able to connect to internet - immediate help. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, small appliances, and spices. There was good parking and it was easily accessible.
This property is a short walk/drive from a nice park on the lake to the east and a marina with a large grassy area (where we watched the eclipse) and a state park to to the west. This is a quiet area and we felt very safe and relaxed here.
The only downside is that this (Chloe's Cove) is a two-story unit, and on the first day, the people above us seemed to be rearranging the furniture on the hardwood floors and running around, causing a fair amount of noise. They were quiet in the evening and at night. This wasn't a problem with the establishment, but in the future, I would try to get one of the single-story units (this is the only two-story unit, I believe). Overall, it was a very fun and enjoyable stay.
