This expansive 6BR/3BA Dripping Springs ranch house is the perfect spot for a fun-filled Central Texas adventure. Enjoy plenty of privacy on a gated lot surrounded by trees, but drive just a few minutes to Hamilton Pool and the area’s top craft breweries and distilleries.

Rainwater is collected for drinking at this property, providing the freshest and cleanest water you’ve ever tasted!

LIVING AREAS

The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, three ottomans, two armchairs, and a pair of comfy leather rockers. Kick back and watch movies on the 50” TV.

A second living room is furnished with a sectional sofa and card table for two. Curl up and watch a show on the 50” TV.

The upstairs third living area is the perfect space to curl up with a good book.

An enclosed back porch allows you to sit back in your choice of comfortable seating and enjoy views of the expansive backyard.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up gourmet dishes. A butcher block island provides ample counter space, while the breakfast bar offers seating for 4. Additional amenities include a double-sided farmhouse sink and gas range.

When dinner is ready, take a seat at the dining room table with space for 10.

A kitchenette on the other side of the house has a full-size fridge, microwave, sink, coffee pot, and a table with seating for 4.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to 16 guests in the six bedrooms and a sleeping nook off the kitchenette. Three full bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a 40” TV. The luxurious en-suite master bathroom is complete with a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. An additional sleeping space off the kitchenette provides two twins, and a second bathroom holds a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the fourth bedroom provides two twin beds, while the fifth and sixth bedrooms each have a queen bed. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, accessible from inside the fifth or sixth bedroom and from the hallway.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip a crisp beverage on the front porch, where ample seating is provided.

The large backyard has plenty of space for kids and furry companions to stretch their legs and for adults to play yard games.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the driveway.

Drive just 9 minutes to take a refreshing dip in Hamilton Pool, one of the most popular and picturesque swimming holes in Central Texas.

Dripping Springs is a hotbed for craft breweries and distilleries. Family Business Beer Company is less than a half mile up the road, while Jester King Brewery, Last Stand Brewing Company, Argus Cidery, Revolution Spirits, and Treaty Oak Distilling Ranch are all within a 15-minute drive.

For a day in the big city, drive just 34 minutes to downtown Austin.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
