My sister and I had to make a last-minute hotel change and decided to spend an extra $30 per night on this Best Western, but it wasn’t worth it. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious, but it didn’t feel comfortable or inviting. The hallways and entrances were creepy, and parking was terrible—we had to park in the back by the trash cans, which didn’t feel safe, especially late at night after getting back from a concert.
When checking in, I saw a group of guests disputing charges, which was concerning. The room itself was musty, and the AC made the air and our beds damp. The bathroom was awkward—super low toilet like kindergarteners type and the toiletries were so tiny . I asked the front desk for more, but they didn’t understand English well and gave me toilet paper instead. I just went to Target for supplies.
Overall, for the extra money, I expected more comfort. I’d recommend looking for other options in the area.
Be aware the parking is super limited!
