「We were arranged into a smoking room. Very upset.」

「The stay was good, the room was fairly decent in condition and comfortable. The only issue of the entire stay was 40 minutes before check out someone had just decided to open and try to walk in, luckily the top lock was on so they couldn't walk in, but I do think it was unprofessional especially with no knock and well before check out time」

「Coffee maker inside burnt out, but since room was just a few feet from the breakfast bar, I just went there and had a cup or two various times. Slightly better vacuuming and more detail on cleaning everything in between the bathroom tiles recommended for the next guest. for my use, though, it was fine. Excellent service and interface with all staff. Thank you.」

「The property is exactly as pictured and described. The couch and beds are comfortable. There is a tv in each bedroom and the living room with ample channel selections. Neighborhood is quiet , but close to main roads for going to downtown Aurora or Naperville. Tammy is very responsive to VRBO messaging so communication is very good. This is a growing Chicago suburb and road infrastructure has not kept up with the population explosion. Getting around takes some time and patience. 」
