Außerfern Hotel with Pool

"So I rented a room here and when I got there he said oh we have to charge you double?? He murmured some words in German not knowing I speak fluent German. I said no way, I reserved on Orbitz, why are you charging me double? He then made a call and said we have your card we will figure it out. The next morning we got up super early to eat breakfast, and right after grabbed our belongings and were on our way to switzerland.
