“Our primary stay in Norwalk was to be near Summit Motorsport Park. We like the location of the unit since other family members stayed near as well. Home was clean. Contacted owner for some additional information on directions. He was so helpful and responded so quickly. Neighbor’s were great as well!!”

“The house is an old farm house that has been updated. The photos are accurate. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The mattress on the upstairs bedrooms sag in the middle and could be replaced. My adult children did ok but they did comment on them. The kitchen is well outfitted and easy to use. The two main issues with the property are one - the “dining room table” is basically a card table with 4 chairs. For a house that sleeps 10 a……

“Loved the old house feel and wooden floors. Felt safe and enjoyed the small town feel. Sleeping arrangements were tight as the bunk bed areas are not very spacious for teenagers and adults.”

“The setting was quiet -much nicer than a noisy hotel. It was clean and the location was only 15 minutes from the Summit racetrack. This was my first time staying at a rental house. No more hotels for me.”

“This home fit our needs and was comfortable for a night's stay. Steve was wonderful with communication. It is a very nicely done mobile home, but some of the construction work is a little shotty. Only real concern is that the master bath hot/cold shower water is opposite, and the other bathrooms toilet is not secure. Be careful when sitting down to use it, as you will wobble!”

“This house has plenty of space for a large group! We had an entire softball team and coaches there for a long tournament weekend and it was great! Fire pit and volleyball net were great! Close to the parks and stores. Only recommendation would be to get a garage fridge for drinks, keeping coolers iced all weekend was tough. Great place! We will definitely stay there again! ”
