While moving across the country, my family (husband and 2 toddlers) and I stayed here 1 night. I made the reservations in a hurry without reading the reviews. Big mistake. First of all, the hotel was supposed to be "pet friendly," but only accepted dogs. I was traveling with 2 cats which I had to leave in the car. The only reason I choose this place was because I thought I could bring my cats inside. Once we got there, we quickly realized why there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. It was a secluded location next to a wooded area and looked like it was closed. When we checked in, the staff showed us which doors to use to use that were closest to our rooms, but they weren't close at all. When we got into the building, the hallway smelled like mold and mildew. The key card wouldn't open the door right away. It took a few minutes of playing with the door to open it. Once we entered the rooms, we realized the AC wasn't working right. My husband has bad allergies and needs working AC. We swapped rooms with my brother-in-law and the AC worked very well. But the whole room and sheets smelled like mildew. The lighting was horrible. The windows were covered in insect webs and debris. If it wasn't 10pm at night and I wasn't traveling with cranky toddlers, I would've left immediately. This place was horrible. Never have any desire to return.
