There were a number of things that were in disrepair or not functioning. EG The key reader on the door to the side parking lot did not work so you had to walk to the front to enter. The room-darkening shade in our window had been removed and not replaced and there was a bright light outside so we could never get the room dark at night with the remaining shade. A couple of the lights in the room didn't work. The elevator door made loud clunking sounds when closing.
An hour before breakfast was over on Saturday, most of the food was gone and it was never replenished.
That said, we did have enough light to see in the room, the clunky elevator did work, the sheets and towels were good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower, sink and toilet worked. Breakfast on the weekdays was more up to expectations.
So it was not a total disaster but it could have been a lot better and compared to other hotels in the same price range, it seemed like they were cutting corners and not keeping things in good repair.
