There were really nice and accommodating staff at this hotel—and then there was Tony. Read the reviews… they don’t lie. He is horribly rude.
While the majority of the staff were helpful, welcoming, and went out of their way to assist our large group, Tony was the complete opposite. He was unwilling to help, dismissive, and made the entire experience more stressful than it needed to be.
The key cards constantly failed to work, and instead of helping resolve the issue, Tony blamed us. I’d love to see what would happen if he tried using one of those cards on our room—maybe then he’d understand the problem.
