We flew into Atlanta on the 29th and immediately tried to contact someone about how to access our unit. Despite multiple attempts, no one responded, and we spent four hours trying to get rebooked through Hotels.com. This was after the room had been paid for weeks in advance. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up or apology from them, even on the next business day.
