“We enjoyed our visit. Home is well equipped and was clean. Manager was very receptive. Has plenty of cooking equipment. Has a grill, but we didn't use it. The only issue, and it's not the owner's fault, but we brought our dogs, and the dogs across the road were running loose almost the whole time, so we had to keep our dogs on the deck whenever we were outside. Lots of loose dogs in the area made it difficult to walk the dogs as well. That said, I would recommend the property, just keep an eye……

“Treehouse on the Lake is a wonderful place for our family. We have made it a tradition to visit relatives in the area to celebrate birthdays and ring in the new year. Since our family lives nearby, we always look for a place to stay in the vicinity, and Treehouse on the Lake was perfect for us. Our family enjoyed having spaces to gather as a whole group and to retreat to individually. The upstairs area was ideal for our daughter, as it provided her with her own living room space that felt almost……

“The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, including fishing poles. Once we got there all was fine. However The sign was so small we didn’t see it and there were branches overhanging the small driveway. We ended up at the next campsite and they told us how to get to ours.”

“We came here to celebrate our grandaughter that died a year to the day. The atmosphere, the touches the fresh air and hospitality of Mike and his family were unmatched. It was the perfect place for us to heal laugh and ring in a new year We will be back again !”

“Perfect place to relax. We all enjoyed our stay. ”

“This was an excellent property for our family gathering. The house has great views of the lake and a large back yard with a fire pit. The house has an open design and this allowed all of our guests to visit while some cooked. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a bunk house, so we had many good options for sleeping. The manager responded quickly to all of our questions and comments making us feel like we were a top priority. We had no problems with the house. The neighborhood was……

“Enjoyed our stay right in the water front. If you take your boat, the boat launch that is not far from the house will not allow you to turn around to launch your boat. “The house was attractive and had a great location. However, there were no sheets and pillow cases for the pull out bed, and we had to use a phone Hotspot to watch tv. One of the bedrooms was detached from the main house, so not suitable for kids. Otherwise, we loved it.”

“The cabin was clean and cozy , we had a relaxing nice time spending Christmas with our kids, my husband enjoyed fishing and caught several catfish and bass, the only downfall was the neighborhood , we was a little nervous driving through the neighborhood on the way to the cabin but once we got to the cabin , the surrounding neighbors seemed to be better, all in all we did enjoy our stay ”

“We were looking for a place close to Dallas that would allow us to have a small place that would be kayak accessible. We found this location to be surprisingly quiet even though it has close neighbors and access to Cedar Creek Lake was easy right off the end of the property. We used our own kayaks although the host has boats available for guests. We also found a remarkable restaurant only miles from the cabin for a special anniversary dinner.”
