"Villa Maria" is a lovely & spacious maisonette with swimming pool in a quiet area with great balconies, outdoor terraces and barbeque area! The two double bedrooms are fully furnished with beds and the third bedroom has a three seater sofa that turns into a double bed. All bedrooms have direct access to lovely balconies with pool or garden views.

The area is popular with Athenians owning summer homes and it is a popular resort during summer months. You will find a wide range of supermarkets, cafes & restaurants, shops, services, ATMs, pharmacies. There is a variety of nearby beaches to choose from, offering organized facilities, beach bars, and water sports.
Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
