Great property and the employees are very nice and helpful. Buffet could benefit from a little bit more variety, like changing the menus every other days. Stayed 4 nights but the buffet was proposing the same items every days. Breakfast was very good. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We had a great night at Atami Korakuen in November and all 4 of us can't stop thinking about the excellent experience! From the shuttle service from the driver to the staff at the reception, gift shop, cleaning staff and servers, everyone was amazing. The two rooms were amazing, dinner was very memorable and the view was top class! I will go back but will stay at least 2 nights next time! Arigatou gozaimasu!!!

熱海後楽園ホテルは何度か伺ってますが いつもタワー館でしたが今回は初めてアクアスクエアに宿泊しました。母と娘3人で行ったので ベッド1台はエキストラベッドだろうと思ってましたが 同じベッドが3台入っていて 綺麗なオーシャンビューのお部屋 とても良かったです。 そしてオーシャンスパの露天立ち湯が海に面した感じで最高でした。岩盤浴やオーシャンラウンジなどで ゆったり過ごせました。 ブュッフェも品数が多くリゾート感満載の海の見える素敵なロケーションのレストランで 良かったです。1つ言うとしたら 洋食はとても美味しかったのですが お刺身が乾いた感じになっていたのが残念でした。ですがトータル的に良いホテルです。次回もアクアスクエアに泊まりたいと思います。
