“Expedia assured there was parking within the compound but when I got there at 7:30 I had to leave my van loaded with valuable equipment in front of a restaurant and right on the sidewalk. I hauled the most. precious items into my room and was not broken into but felt misled. I did not sleep well worrying about the van, especially considering the large number of homeless camps nearby”

“I love the Norblad so much!!! I’ve been twice now and this time I splurged a bit and stayed in one of the astor suites in the other building! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend this place no matter your price range!! Even the economy room I stayed in last time was lovely!”

“We were so surprised to see all rooms are ON the waterfront! So many seabirds and cargo ships coming and going during the day..if you're a boat/water person, this is a GREAT place. Room had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.”
