“The location was great and the house itself was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the river was a big plus.”

“Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. “What an amazing little place this was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Right on the water, we enjoyed early morning coffee watching the fish jump and the birds float along the water. We slept up in the loft and the view out the window at sunrise was just breathtaking. We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!”

“We recently got married at Colt State Park and had family coming in from multiple states. This house was perfect for the occasion! Spacious, clean and the check-in was super easy. Tyler and Stephanie were very helpful and local if we needed anything. The only reason we're giving 4 stars and something for future guests to keep in mind is that you have to go up/down a flight of stairs to get into the house, which got a little tricky with older family members. Other than that, we loved staying here……
