“The resort is well maintained and has great amenities, but housekeeping in our hotel room during our stay was terrible. Despite specifically requesting full housekeeping, which we were led to understand was required to be requested, they never took wet towels and replaced them, never changed bed linens or even made the beds, and never took the trash. We had to ask for fresh towels at the desk every day, and finally left our trash bags in the hallway for them before they removed it.”

My only complaint is for any hotels near a beach or that has a pool should not have rugs in the room they hold a funky stinch due to the rugs always getting wet.
