“We stayed at this location to celebrate a winter birthday with our family and a few friends! The house was clean, well maintained and the location was perfect. Having two bedrooms with attached bathrooms is great for multiple couples staying together under one roof. Overall, we only have positive things to say about our stay. ”

“Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living……

Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. Kim replies to every and question promptly and with enthusiasm. Thank you Kim (and Kevin) for a memorable week + 2 complimentary days. We cant wait to return next year!!”
