“Although our first room wasn’t clean they immediately apologized and gave us another room. Also made sure we were happy with our new room. Went out of there way to make sure our stay was clean, safe and comfortable ”

“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“I really do enjoy this hotel. It is very clean and has an amazing fitness center which I always take advantage of. However, this time the bed was SO uncomfortable. I don't know why - maybe the mattresses are getting old. But after two bad nights of sleep and an aching back, I was happy to return home to my own bed. No slight to the satff or the actual hotel, it just wasn't comfortable for me”

“A neat and well-kept petite hotel in very convenient location for events around Empire State Plaza. One thing missing is catering service.”

“What a beautiful, well-appointed room we stayed in at the Cornell! We had "Jennifer's Room" and loved the decor and comfort of the space, including fireplace!! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. We'll definitely be back!! ”
