The Space:
Built in 2025 on the scenic shores of Dry Lake, Jackson Duroc Cottages is your peaceful lakeside retreat, designed for a truly relaxing getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with each bedroom featuring brand-new, luxurious memory foam mattresses, quality sheets, and pillows. Each bedroom sleeps three guests, offering a twin XL bunk bed and a single twin XL bed. For added convenience, you’ll find extra linens, towels, and pillows stored in the closets.
Inside, enjoy the comfort of a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a full kitchen and a dining area that seats six.
As frequent VRBO guests ourselves, we understand how important it is to feel truly “at home” on vacation. Each cottage includes everything you need for a seamless stay, with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, and basic essentials, making meal time a breeze. We've also included all the toiletries you’ll need, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and plenty of bath towels, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your time away. For rainy days, we’ve provided classic board games, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and streaming services for endless entertainment options.

Step outside to your covered porch, featuring a 48" gas grill, comfortable outdoor dining furniture, and a delightful fireplace surrounded by firepit chairs and cooking grates—perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings.
Jackson Duroc Cottages provides direct lake access, complete with a private beach, a boat dock, and pontoon rentals for your lake adventures. After a day of exploring, relax in our soothing 6-person sauna. Fishing and hunting enthusiasts will appreciate our heated game-cleaning facility. Additionally, we welcome your furry friends with convenient dog kennel runs available on-site.
Guest Access:
Each cottage features a private entrance and exit, leading to a shared, covered back porch. This specific cottage, Dawson Cottage, is connected to Ashley Cottage, offering the option of an adjoining door to connect both cottages—perfect for larger parties.
If you'd like to open the adjoining door between Dawson and Ashley Cottages, please message us after booking, and we will provide the code to unlock the adjoining door for your check-in.
Dawson and Ashley Cottages share the covered porch, with each cottage having its own dining set, while a 48" gas grill is shared between the two cottages for your grilling needs.
The entryway door is equipped with a lock pad and key.
Guests also have access to all shared areas on the property, including the private beach, dock, sauna, dog kennel runs, and indoor game-cleaning facility. We kindly ask that you be courteous to other guests when using these shared spaces to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay.
Interactions With Guests:
Each cottage features a secure lock pad, allowing for a smooth check-in and check-out process without in-person interaction. You will receive the key code prior to your arrival. In case of an emergency, a property manager is available nearby to assist you. We kindly request that all communication be conducted through the VRBO app or directly to my cell phone, which will be provided after booking.
