“We enjoyed our stay here however we were locked out of room for over 30 minutes because our door battery went out. They called someone and after waiting a while went back down and there was no one available in the lobby to try someone again. They finally showed up to fix our door. Also there is no coffee maker in the rooms which was disappointing I guess they want you to pay for coffee in the lobby. Would be nice to have an option to tip valet via Venmo as most people don’t have cash. Overall we……
