“The historic brownstone had tremendous charm and was lovely. There was a problem with the heat not working and repeated requests for something to be done were met with conflicting information about possible repairs, but nothing was done. “Five of my friends and I went to visit Salem & Boston for a long weekend and we pretty much just needed some place to sleep and shower as we were out and about the entire time and this was great for what we needed. “You get a lot for the price of this place!! We enjoyed our stay, the beds were pretty uncomfortable but everything else was great. The only problem was a lady came in unannounced while we were getting dressed for the day, and came through the apartment and sat on the balcony then back through the apartment then left. We had thirty more minutes left until check out, so that was a little odd/disorienting (for us). Otherwise, great stay 😂”

“We loved this apartment. It is beautiful, lots of closet space, big king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus was stocked with some basic foods like coffee, milk, sparkling water, etc. It had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and was a lovely Place to sit and watch the city wake up in the morning.The hosts were so helpful and responsive.”

“The unit is nice and spacious. Very clean. Interior decoration could really use some work. Furniture was cheap. There were exposed hanging hooks all over the bedroom. But other than that it’s quite comfortable. Very strange third party check-in process. Coffee machine didn’t work. Did not provide dishwasher pods or coffee filters. But the real issue is the location. Area feels dangerous. Plan your days carefully and make sure to get a car whenever you leave the unit.”

“Property was very nice... everything new and freshly renovated with some nice guest-oriented touches...very quiet and private lot, but the bathroom and bed situation not ideal for a large crowd of mixed ages and sexes. Only one bathroom upstairs with so many people staying upstairs not the best layout and there were not any top sheets on the beds...only bottom sheets. Not great as some people do not want a bedspread near their face if it doesn't get washed after every stay.”

“My brothers and I came out to Boston for a handful of days to see a concert, a Sox game, and enjoy the city. This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious rooms, easy parking, clean and open spaces, it was just all around great. Host was very responsive to all our needs (didn't have but a couple). The apt was exactly as advertised. I recommend staying here if you're looking to enjoy Boston. Its proximity to the city made for very easy Uber rides in and out. Will stay here again……
