“The house is new and very clean. Kitchen was stocked and we were comfortable. Listing says "sleep 7", but there are only 3 beds, but we bought an air mattress from WalMart and it was fine for our 7 year old. Lastly, if you need to use the washer and dryer, you will need to request it. It all, it was very nice rental.”

“The detached garage apartment was fine for what my family of 3 needed. There are a few maintenance things and supplied that would be nice to have on hand, but the essentials were there. That there was not an oven was a surprise and that we had to use the lighter for the grill to ignite the burner was not the best. Beds were comfortable and location was great. “We were glad to find a dog-friendly property on the south side of town for closest access to GMNP and Carlsbad Caverns. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and we liked the proximity to our hikes (under an hour’s drive). The yard wasn’t really dog friendly as it was just weeds and rocks, but it was fully fenced. The house was clean and had plenty of soap, paper products, spices, etc. ”

“This is by far one of the nicest homes I've ever stayed in. Everything about the stay was top notch, it's in a very nice neighborhood, great and quiet part of town. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!! The only complaint is more about VRBO and the way they do their listing, the listing price per night should include the hosting fee, makes it difficult when trying to select a house.”
