“Nice and close to Carlsbad caverns. The house isn’t large, but has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, large kitchen, TVs everywhere. Great use of space.”

“My parents live in Carlsbad and we needed a house for all our family who came to visit. The property has a lot of potential and decorated very nicely but it is really in need of some maintenance. The pool was dirty although I was told it was clean. We brushed it out but the filters Don’t work properly. The railing into the pool is broken and potentially dangerous. It should be fixed or removed. The window shades are old and brittle and fall off when you open or close them. Several of the lights……

“My husband ended up making this work trip without me and mentioned it would have been tight for the two of us had I came on the trip with him and stayed here. Small bedroom and bath but the home was very clean with a comfortable bed and very responsive host! It's perfect for one person and he would stay again if traveling alone.”

“The house was cute, the neighborhood felt a little rough. Lots of wear and tear on the property (loose towel holders and outlets that were completely disconnected from the wall that we had to warn our children about). The property manager was very kind. I felt like the price was very steep for what we got and the fees made it outrageous.”

“This property is located perfectly for day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, and White Sands. The house is a clean, cool, and calm oaises. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics for cooking (spices & EVOO). Great restaurants close by.”

“The house was perfect for my group of friends who were in the area to hike Guadalupe Peak. Home was nice, clean, and well furnished for our needs. Check in/out process was easy and the communication with the host was excellent. I would rent again in the future. Thanks!”

“Exactly as described”

“Overall, the place was nice. Our biggest concern was the smell in the kitchen. We could not find what was causing a horrible odor. We threw the trash out twice even though we hadn't really put in anything that stank. However, last night my husband opened the oven, and low and behold, found the grossest pan of meatballs and spaghetti that had been in there for quite awhile. It was moldy and beyond stinky. That oven will need to be aired out and really cleaned. He got sick to his stomach it was so……

“The previous reviews are still pretty much accurate. However, i did not expect a top of the line, perfect cookie cutter house to spend one night. The A/C was on when we arrived and the house was already at a cool, comfortable temperature. The beds are all memory foam type mattresses which were extremely comfortable. Each room had their own TV and a there was a MASSIVE TV in the living room. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The shower had great water pressure and had sufficient hot water……
