Where you’ll have a mountain view with a full complete kitchen. TV and all the comforts of home. With all the vintage touch’s. You can go back in time and relax and enjoy the peace and quit.
Beaches just 5 min drive.
Pismo beach, Avila beach and Shell beach all close by. Come and vacation and enjoy our paradise.

Central Coast Getaway
The Village Cutie is exactly that- a cute, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the central coast. It’s in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with easy access to Arroyo Grande Village and the freeway leading to beautiful towns and beaches along the coast. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with a touch of Arroyo Grande’s antique culture. It was a great place to stay and we’ll definitely look it up again for future visits.

The Village Cutie is very comfortable and lovely. It's a perfect place to rest, renew and explore. Our morning walk to Cafe Andreini was excellent! The whole stay was just what we needed to refresh our souls! Jamie is an excellent host!!

Cozy, Charming, and Clean
The Village Cutie is a gem. Charming, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. It is a one bedroom apartment above a garage with a narrow walkway filled with plants and a table and chairs on which to chill. Will definitely stay there again on future visits to the beautiful central coast.

Property is in an ideal location - quiet neighborhood yet close to the amenities of Arroyo Grande. We walked to several dining options. Jamie was a wonderful host - responsive to our questions and had great tips on things to do.

We had a great vacation. The Village Cutie is in a great location, very safe and close to everything. It was exactly as advertised. We didn't want to leave it! Such a cute place, charming and tasteful.

Disaster
We didn't receive instructions on how to access the unit before we left, but I just figured the host may be on site. We arrived at our VRBO for our aniiversary weekend at about 5:30 pm on Friday and had to message the host for access. Just to find out that they had doubler booked our suite, the other party arrived ahead of us and we had nowhere to stay!! Try finding a place at the last minute on a Friday of a holiday weekend.. it was a disaster. The host couldn't have been more apologetic or nicer about the issue, even offered us the Sunday night at a reduced rate. The double booking I guess was an error on the VRBO side. So, all in all, we had to scramble to find a place to stay and had to hotel hop from opening to opening and our anniversay , well. it was one to remember that's for sure.

Cute place in a Great Location!
We had such a great time in the Arroyo Grande Village and especially the Village Cutie. Jamie was the perfect balance of on hand but not intrusive. The location was perfect for us. Wedding to go to on the hill in SLO and an 8 minute drive to Pismo Beach when downtime. Really enjoyed the whole area thanks to the location!

Great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast! The Village Cutie had everything we needed for long weekend. Close to everything - beaches, Cal Poly, etc. The space is comfortable and clean. Jamie has paid attention to every detail.

Thoughtful and fun!
Jamie's property is exactly as pictured and so carefully and adorably curated. She provides lovely surprises like snacks and teas and a coffee bar, along with extra white fluffy towels and toiletries. Everything you might think of needing is there, and just a short walk from the village. Jamie is great at communicating and felt so welcoming and ready to help. Her property was a lovely place to stay!
