“The receptionist staff was friendly and the beds were comfy. Everything was within a ten minutes walk from the hotel such as nightclubs, bars , restaurants, wool market and shopping centre. Decorated in the reception to the horse racing. It also had 2 ways to have a shower and a bath with a radiators in the bathroom.”

“A classic hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly and competent receptionists. Nice breakfast. Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.”

“Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel”

“Our room was absolutely perfect! There was a sitting area and a mini kitchen in addition to our bedroom area. There was fresh bread, milk, juice, coffee/tea, fresh fruit - you name it they included it in our kitchen. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful spot to spend the night. If we come back to the UK we'll spend a week here!”
