“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. “We had a fabulous stay! The front desk staff were so friendly and incredibly kind to our little Boston Terrier — giving her toys, treats, and TLC. Our room had a terrace that looked out onto a peaceful body of water, like we were a world away from the bustle of things. High ceilings, a comfy bed, and a stylish bathroom were some of the highlights we enjoyed in our room. Not to mention an abundant continental breakfast each morning. We would love to stay here again!”
