“Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good.”

“Absolutely loved it. The most gorgeous sunsets from the room. Incredibly peaceful. A private little beach right in the backyard. Such amazing dinner and breakfast service. Franco was beyond awesome - as were all of the other staff. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 hope to be back soon. Thank you for having us!”

“Hotel staff was not great and unhelpful. Tried to charge me at check in even though I already paid and wanted a higher price than what I booked with. I was also told it was fine to leave at 6am as the front door is locked and you need the staff to open it for you. But in the morning there was no one at the desk, and found the night staff was in another room sleeping and didn’t wake up until I continued calling the hotel number. The parking is at an offsite garage, also had trouble getting the……

“Vi hade bokat två nätter, men när vi såg hur slitet hotellet var ändrade vi tiil en natt.Betalade avbokningskostnad. Rummet rent och frukosten ok med äggröra. Receptionisten, /yngre kvinna/ var trevlig och serviceminded.”
