T2 of 40m2 near the city center, shops, thermal baths. It is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence on the edge of the Gave d'Azun. It is well equipped for 4 people.
It is a nice apartment composed of a living room with a dining area, a living room with TV, and an alcove with 2 bunk beds (90).
The bathroom (bath) is separate from the wc. The kitchen is well equipped and separate from the living room. In the bedroom, there is a bed (140x190) and storage space.
The living room opens onto a small south-facing terrace. There is private parking in the residence.

Une bonne adresse
L’appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Bien situé pas trop loin du centre et avec un supermarché tout proche, c’est l’idéal. Balcon petit mais largement suffisant pour deux : nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps avec le gave presque à nos pieds et la vue sur les montagnes.
