Located in Murcia, the holiday flat Casa Catedral II has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people. In the master bedroom, which is upstairs, there is a double bed with en-suite bathroom, and there is another double bed downstairs in the living room. Please note that there are stairs and no handrail, so this is not a child-friendly property. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning.
Privileged house next to the cathedral of Murcia, just a few meters from the center and the best places to eat and visit.
There is free parking on the street.
Smoking and events are not allowed.
Pets are allowed on request and with a supplement.

不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, aber in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Möbel sind schmutzig u. zum Teil kaputt. Das einzige Fenster, dass man öffnen konnte, war direkt über der Abzughaube eines Restaurants, so dass sehr unangenehme Gerüche in die Wohnung kamen - auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, da es undicht / kaputt war. Im Bad gab es Kakerlaken. Die Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld unfreundlich und hat auf meine abschließende Beschwerde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Ich rate dirngend davon ab, diese Unterkunft zu buchen!
