“Comfy stay, good location, friendly staff, free parking out front. Cute old place, old style maintained with modern comforts added. The WC had a few random sounds but was clean and not all of the window blinds stayed closed which would be worth fixing to block out street lights on front of building. A strong smell of cigarette smell upon entering building, unfortunately for those allergic/bothered, which I hope was a one-off. Otherwise staff was extremely nice, friendly, and attentive. Slept……

“Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold). Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value. ”

“Stayed 2 nights. Room was unusual in that it was an internal room - no windows! Had we known we probably would have chosen something else but they were booked out. Had a skylight so that stayed open. Room was clean and apart from no windows, was just fine. We ate in the restaurant/bar area. Not bad but not a huge choice. Didn’t want to take the car into Belfast, so caught the bus right outside. 30 mins later in the city. Super cheap and super easy. Would stay again but would make sure we had……

“This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing views. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first time travelling with my 7 month old dog but the staff and owners were fantastic. The hotel is spotless. Smells amazing. There is a large enclosed back garden for dogs to run and enjoy. 5 resident dogs who are all beautiful and love to play. The breakfast was also delicious, great quality food, amazing service and great location for a relaxed few days away. You can walk straight onto the beach. I……

“Stayed here to attend the Amgden Irish Open and the walking distance to the bus depot was convenient and close. Clean and comfy rooms with really nice bathroom. ”

“Great find. We only stayed 1 night. When and if we’re the area again I will definitely stay again. Only recommendation I would make as we arrived when getting dark, a bit more signage on the roadside to make it easier to locate. Other than that we’ve no complaints. Pod was first class, stylish modern and very clean.”
