Quiet paradise like retreat away from the crowds
The ‘Almagadir’ villa in the village of Alma is a superb place to stay for a family. The pool, the rooftop terrace, the very kind help and Maroccan food of Keltuma, the surfing on the nearby beaches (15 minutes), paradise valley (20 minutes) and a visit to Taroudant made it the perfect holiday for our group of 8 people. Thank you Philippe and Brigitte for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful house on behalf of all of us.

A gorgeous villa in the mountains
We had a group of 8 women staying here and the place itself is lovely. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed having the house manager make us breakfast and coffee everyday and a few tagine dinners as well! They were amazing. The Villa is really in the middle of nowhere which can be good and bad. There was nowhere to get any snacks besides a few ice cream bars so a grocery stop on the way to the villa would help. There is no real internet, despite the information saying it was easy. It was not easy, you have to buy and load a SIM card and then try to get it to work, which it did not and we wasted time and money trying to get it to work Also most of our phones had no service out there so I would suggest doing your bookings when you have phone service. The power was a bit sketchy as it flicked on and off a lot and the last night our AC didn’t work at all. To be fair, it was in the middle of a heat wave. I would suggest hiring a driver for your stay as you really are in the middle of nowhere. We had Youssef as our main driver and he was a dream! He also speaks great English. Overall we had a great time here and although there were a few problems they didn’t take away from a pretty memorable experience.

Yoga retreat entre nanas
La villa est très belle, située au coeur des montagnes, dans la nature. Rien de mieux pour se ressourcer. Le grand Bonus est Kaltouma, cette femme bienveillante qui a rendu notre séjour magique et pleines de saveurs. Repas succulents, à l'écoute, une belle rencontrer Pour nous.

Un merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !!!! La maison est parfaite, chaque coin de l’extérieur est parfaitement pensé et décoré, le toit terrasse est mon endroit préféré tellement apaisant avec une vue dont on ne se passe pas. Mais ce séjour n’aurait pas été le même sans Keltuma que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Nous avons hâte de revenir !!!

magnifiques maison et emplacement
nous avons fêté Noël en famille (3 enfants de 4, 6 et 9 ans) dans cette très belle villa très agréable à vivre et joliment décorée. nous étions très bien situés, à 15-20 min des plages et 40 min d'Agadir, juste en face d'une colline de laquelle on peut admirer un joli coucher de soleil. nous avons adoré. surtout Keltouma a été d'une gentillesse très appréciée. les enfants ont reussi à se baigner une fois dans la piscine (trop froide pour nous). pas de bateau ni d'extra ni de très grand jardin auquel on s'attendait en lisant un peu vite la description passionnée de nos hôtes. en même temps, il y a de quoi être passionnés par cette très agréable villa. une machine à café et à jus d'orange moderne serait un vrai plus dans un confort existant.

Sun not fog!
The great advantage of this property when we stayed in September was that we had sun every day, but Agadir had fog every day. Since the house is inland by several kms the weather was better. Great house with lovely outdoor spaces to relax. Plan on bringing soap, toilet paper, spices etc. Kaltum’s cooking was great and her fresh bread and ghraif in the morning were delicious. A wonderful relaxing place.

vacances de rêve dans un Riad marocain de rêve.
Nous avons fêté Noel au Maroc cette année, dans la Villa de Philippe. Nous étions une "équipe" de 13 (8 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé de 6 mois). La cactus en guide de sapin de Noel ;). Les enfants étaient ravi. Nous avons passé des vacances de "rêve" dans la superbe Villa de philippe, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est perdue dans les hauteurs d'Alma, à 10 min en voiture de la "civilisation" (village d'Aourir) et 15 min de la plage et des spot de surf). C'est un peu la villa que l'on aimerai posséder... Keltuma est la "dame de maison", elle est absolument adorable et habite la maison d'à coté. Elle peut s'occuper du petit déjeuner (et ses jus d'orange pressés), du baby-sitting si besoin, des courses de nourriture et des repas si nous le souhaitions. Cela facilite beaucoup les choses quand on est 13.... Bref le grand luxe. Ce qui est sûr ce que l'on y retournera. Igor

Une semaine extraordinaire
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine (du 28 déc 2017 au 4 janvier 2018) a la Villa Almagadir de Philippe situé dans le petit village de Alma/Agadir . Tout était parfait y compris la météo. La villa est très bien situé dans les montagnes a 16 KM des plages d'Agadir, un emplacement offre tranquillité, parfaite pour la détente et faire la fête sans inquietude de déranger les voisins. Nous étions deux familles en provenance du Canada (en tout, 10 adultes et adolescents), c'était notre première expérience du Maroc et nous avons été ravis. La Villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée avec sa piscine, elle possède une magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la vallée. Keltum (aide responsable de la villa) nous a été d'une aide précieuse, et en plus elle a nous a cuisine des plats marocains 3 diners mémorables que nous avons pris a la Villa. Keltum cuisine très bien les plats locaux tel que tagines a l'agneau et aux poulets, salades marocaines, couscous royale et que dire de son pain chaud fait chaque matin pour le petit dejeuner. Nous y retournerons sans faute, un grand merci Philippe de nous avoir louer votre villa. Amitiés, Claude & Nathalie/Martin & Genevieve
