Most of the hotel staff was great, but there was an issue with their system which caused our room number to not reflect against the booking. This prompted their front desk to call us twice at 11:20pm in the night, wake us up while we were asleep and they even asked us to see if we can change the rooms in the middle of the night. We were originally booked for a king bed, but they gave us a room with 2 queen bed instead on checking in and told us there was no other room available. But then at 11:30 in the night they wanted us to switch to a different room on another floor. I declined and we did not switch rooms. The next morning we talked to the staff and they apologized. But due to this issue with their system, we also lost the $25 food credit that was supposed to be associated with our room when we booked. Even so, the hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and US naval academy.
