“櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。”

“We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working……

La tentative de négociation anticipée est inutile, même avec 24h d’avance. Dans d’autres circonstances commerciales cela est qualifié d'escroquerie. Expedia devrait exiger des conditions plus commerciales avant de favoriser cet hôtel.”

“All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff. The 3-level rooms in historial building is very nice. We have an wonderful birthday trip in Andorra. ”

“Everything was as expected. One caution: if you have a vehicle any larger than a small crossover, the on-site parking will not work for you. Other than that, great value, location and breakfast buffet.”

“Nous avons pris une option demi-pension incluant boisson et spa, c'était TOP . La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français.”

“+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.”

“Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly - among the most helpful I've ever experienced. The room was clean and well maintained. No air-conditioning but heating. The windows of our room opened to the sound of rushing water in the river near by, but the rooms were relatively quiet when the window was shut. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area and buses went nearby.”

“Apartamento muy bien, precio calidad. Volveremos el año que viene sin duda. Devuelven la fianza sin problema. Por poner algun pero, sería el parquing, ya que deberían mejorar el asfalto de entrada y salida.”
