“I booked this hotel as it had Parking stated for fee , however, upon arrival, no parking available, which made me have to go look for parking and roll bags around , also coffee machine broken. Hotel outdated overall. Great location though. If you’re there for a short period of time this is a good spot.”

“The facility was very nice with large rooms and comfortable appointments. I felt that the front desk was understaffed, and the off site parking was time consuming for them. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and the food was good. My room was not cleaned even after I requested housekeeping at 5pm.”

“櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。”

“Un hotel ok para un par de noches en Andorra. El desayuno NO destaca. Algún personal muy amable, otros bastante pesados. Parking estrecho, pero a buen pr3cio (17€). Parece un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. Jamás de 4.”

“If you are going to ski at Pas de la Casa, it is near one the ski center. But if you visit in summer this hotel only have one advantage, that you can walk to the Ibon de les Abelletes, which is a very easy route, accesible to most of the people, yet great views to the mountains. But tve hotel per se is decadent. We had a weird window with views outwards through a corridor. Pretty depressing hotel. Ugly excempt from the outside. The distance to the center is not far, but the coming back is all……

“All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff. The 3-level rooms in historial building is very nice. We have an wonderful birthday trip in Andorra. ”

“Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina. All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful. The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however.”

“They hotel is in a great location. The staff is helpful and friendly. They are the best part of this hotel. The amenities are nice. The restaurant is good. They only thing is that the hotel feels a little outdated but considering the price it’s not a big deal. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Again. The staff excellent.”
