Come and relax in this cozy and stylish apartment tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment features a single bedroom with a king size bed, built-in bunk beds with privacy curtains, and a sleep loft with a twin mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, and an array of utensils. This second floor unit is 700 square feet. For those traveling in a larger group, this rental is on the same property as "Charming and Private Girdwood Retreat." Each unit has its own private entrance, and no shared walls.

This bright and welcoming apartment is located just half a mile from Alyeska's Daylodge and the Girdwood Brewing Company. We would love to host you!

Spring Break ski/snowboarding vacation
I’ve been renting on VRBO/HomeAway since 2008. Emily is the best host we ever had. She is friendly and answered all questions right away. I sought this property for the location and accommodations for my group(2adults and 2 kids) The home is on a quiet street close to the ski lift(5 min drive / 15 min slow walk) and also close to restaurants, grocery store and brewery(15min walk). My kids loved the loft. The home accommodates 5 persons. Kitchen is stocked well. Bathroom was clean and stocked as well(soap, shampoo, shower gel soap, etc) Internet was pretty good to(250-300DL and 10UL Mbps) Alyeska is a small beautiful ski resort. It’s a winter paradise. When we return to Alaska we will look to rent this property again Emily, thank you again for letting us using your property.

Solstice Ski trip
My three children and I stayed in this absolutely wonderful unit during our Solstice ski trip. Having a carport to park under, during one of the snowiest winters on record is AWESOME! All the beds are comfy, the unit is very clean, the dishes werent some thrift store find. Great selection of cookie sheets, pots&pans, and a dishwasher for handy cleanup while we skied! My daughter LOVES the loft bed and wants to stay again.
