Newly remodeled, 5+ star-energy-rated unit in a quiet neighborhood. Campbell Creek greenbelt trails are one block away for runners and e-bikers. Private entrance with covered walkway and parking just a few steps away. Accessible by individualized door code provided a few days before check-in.

The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with washer & dryer. Living room has a full-size foldout sofa for additional guests. Convenient to stores and downtown, and only a 10-minute drive to the airport.

Quick Stay in Anchorage
This apartment worked out great for us. It was as listed. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to base our quick visit around Anchorage from this place. Check-in and out was very efficient. Easy access in and out. Parking was right out at the end of the building. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

We couldn’t have been happier with the apartment and with Caura! The place is perfect for two people; we were so comfortable there. Big plus that there is a washer and dryer too. This apartment was perfect for the two of us. Nice, quiet location very close to the Campbell Creek trail. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Place was very clean, wifi was strong. The rental is in a residential area off the Campbell creek trail and was easy to get to our destinations with a car. Location is very quiet. Loved the welcome goodie baskets of chips and coffee, etc. Great having a refrigerator and washer dryer. I wouldrecommend this place if you have a car to get around.

Property manager was very prompt with responses. My mom stayed there for two weeks while visiting us. Definitely need a car to stay here. Can hear neighbors walking outside on porch, but otherwise fairly quiet. Not too far from Campbell Creek trail. I would put my mom there again for sure.

This place was great for a low-key getaway in Anchorage. Lots of space for belongings, very clean, cute apartment. The property manager Caura was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. Love that this place was so close to the Anchorage trail system! Thanks again!

My mother loved it and was easy for her to navigate w/ walker
We chose this property because it had limited number of steps (my mother has limited mobility) and the layout looked like it would be easy for my mother to get around using her walker or cane. The other assistance devices we used fit in great. The property was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with helpful items. The property manager was friendly and quick to answer my questions. My mother couldn't stop raving about her time and that she hopes to stay here the next time she is in town. We have no complaints. Will definitely recommend to friends/family in the future.
