“Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful.”

“The room i stayed ffg or a night wasn't anything like a hotel should be, no proper ventilation, bedsheet are not cleaned properly, interior colors is depressing. Complained and my room was changed to something better. Wifi wasn't accessible at all through out my stay. Please do more to keep up standards. ”
