The remaining master has private access to a Jack n' Jill bathroom that shares the common area. The last two bedrooms are children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds, each with futons for additional bedding. All bedrooms have a 47" plasma TV. The six bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with travertine floors, custom raised panel vanities, marble countertops, and custom travertine/marble tile inlay in the showers.
The open-concept main living room is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom raised paneled cabinetry, a full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the breakfast nook and kitchen countertop seating. The small sunroom off the kitchen is excellent for a morning cup of coffee. The family room has a large sectional area that provides plenty of room for the whole family. It has a 60' TV with high-speed wireless internet. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are located by the front door in the hall closet for guests' use.
The rear yard has a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi. The side yard has an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The game room in the garage has foosball, pool, air hockey, and ping pong. There are strollers, pack-n-plays, high chairs, and booster seats for your infant and toddler. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
3-4 miles to Disneyland. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.
