“We came to the area for a wedding in Tallahassee. Since it was a football weekend lodging in Tallahassee was expensive and in short supply. Toska's house in Monticello was wonderful. We had eight people from three different families that all had to dress for a formal wedding. The house was perfect. Spacious and immaculate. Beds were super comfortable and the swimming pool was very enjoyable for some down time in the afternoon.”

“This sizable 4 bedroom space gave us everything we needed for a great price! Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. Despite being so close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Ideal for a stay in the Albany area and was just what we needed, would definitely recommend!”

“We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire.”

“Our family needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter in law and family in Mayfield to receive surprise news that our daughter is law is expecting with first child. “This property exceeded every detail in the listing. House was perfectly maintained, very nicely appointed, and was easy walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants.
