perfect location for Museum vist in Amsterdam
Convenient loction near to Rijk Museum and other major Museums in Amsterdam. Good traffic network to go to city centre. The bed matrix is a bit too soft for me. Good stay experience. Helpful staff.

Nice Hotel with helpful Staff
Great Thanks to the Hotel Staff- Randy for his patientce and helpful action to rescue our disappointment of moving into a very small room in 4th floor. When we got into the small room in 4th floor we're very disappointed as it's really small. My friend saw the TV Add in the lobby saying that by adding 25Europe/perday, it could be upgrade to a luxury room with good view of riverside. So we told this to Randy, and he was so nice to took us to various room, let us choose the one quiet and bright. Finally, We choose 317 which is much more spacious and bright. It's unbeliveable that he let us to change to the room without additional charge as it's not riverside view room!!! Let me express my sincerely thanks to him: to change for a bigger room for nice stay for 4 nights!!! It's had good location to various museums such as RijkMuseum and Van Gogh Museum. One minute walk to tram station.

环境先不说，但是特别气愤的是，我在网上已经付了款，去了店里，前台要求核对银行卡，我们出示银行卡后，过了3天查银行流水单，发现在登记入住的那个时刻在酒店被消费了100欧。并且酒店也没有跟我们提起过需要再扣费，也没有给这100欧的发票

Great location
The hotel is located closed to the museums which allows a great accessibility to every attractions. Just within a few steps, you will find tram as well as a supermarket. The internet provided was quick and free. The room itself was slightly small yet comfortable. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly. A great spot to be recommended.

Good location but horrible room i had
Location is excellent, surround area with lots brand name, nice dinning as well as museum of sightseeing. Staff is nice and efficiency. But i think i got the worst room in the hotel. was allocated at basement end of the corridor. i got the room in day time, everything was great. In evening return, when i wife take the shower, the water pressure extremely low that you can't accept. Air con slightly noisy when operating. Mattress aged and seems damaged, not only feel un balance, thus i requested double bed, obviously it is. But when i sleep on bed, i realized its a twin beds by using bedsheets linen to combine. there is a gap between obviously. Final, the worst is the sound proof. Whenever anyone talk at corridor, i can hear, whenever anyone walk up via the stairs, i can hear, whenever anyone walk on my roof believe its a ground floor, i can hear. Unfortunate Sat night, hotel running full, no even single room can be changed. Staff was so kind offered me a breakfast, but i look for a peaceful and quite place to sleep. End up i could sleep at around 0200am. i really want to dispute my charge at hotels.com honestly. Anyway, its really not a good experience, hotels.com and the hotel should know the reputation and word of mouth. Believe me, hotels.com and the hotel in charge manager, go and stay that room one night. Then you know your customer feeling. Thank you.

Midden in de stad, bij de grote musea
Het hotel ligt vlakbij alle bekende musea, de PC Hooftstraat en het Vondelpark. Openbaar vervoer is vlakbij. Prima uitgangspunt om de stad te verkennen

Great location.
Location was perfect. Staff very helpful. Smallest room ever stayed in. 2 people and 2 med. sized bags did not fit. Walls needed new paint. We were there 3 days and made it work. If staying make sure you get a larger room, they did have them, but they were not available for us. Over all a good experience.

A very reasonable hotel for reasonable tastes.
This is a quiet, safe, and convenient property for those wishing to visit Amsterdam museums and Vondel Park. It is no longer a Best Western affiliate. As one might expect from their rate structure, the single rooms are small and the single beds are likewise utilitarian. The bathroom and shower are also rather petite, but well appointed and functional. The staff was excellent, the breakfast buffet was of appropriate value, and they were happy to store our bags prior to check in, as well as after we checked out. Tram service is available with less than a three block walk, as well as the 197 Bus to and from Shipol Airport.
