“A++ stay at this wonderful lake house! I took my three boys (ages 6-11) for a Labor Day retreat and so happy we chose this place. Colin was extremely easy to communicate with, from the second I messaged him that I was interested in the rental, up until our departure. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. Fully stocked with paper goods and toiletries. The kitchen had everything you need. There is a charcoal grill and a propane griddle, as well as a fire pit with tons of wood! After a long day……

“Lovely small home located right on Lake Blackshear with a very nice fenced yard & a covered dock out back, sitting area and you can fish right from it. Although, we did take fishing equipment we did not fish so sadly no fishing report. The home is located in what I would call an upscale community. Lovely woods are across the road and during our trip we saw 3 deer and quite a variety of birds. We enjoyed the feeders out back & all the red birds. It’s the perfect location to meet the train & take……

“Our family had a fabulous time!!! Marty's home is spacious; comfortable and set up for entertaining your family both inside and out! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and just "enjoy the Lake", together!! The spacious covered dock (with ceiling fans!) was a blessing as this was a surprise Birthday celebration for my Dad turning 80, and Marty's place was perfect for him to walk out on the dock safely and enjoy lots of fishing without being in direct sun the whole time!! 😁 most of our……

“Emailed lock codes to cottage & assigned room + I-ring doorbell at main bldg ensures 24/7 contact w/ manager if needed. Price is very fair for the double twin bed room with full in-room bathroom and access to a Keurig with coffee & cups provided in the full-service kitchen downstairs (complete with utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, the works)! Parking available right in front of the bdlg makes unloading & loading luggage a breeze. We arrived late so I was relieved that the room was at a cozy……
