Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-story single-family home is set up to offer ample space for your pets, kids, and the whole family in a beautiful, newly built neighborhood!

We get family, and our home is designed with yours in mind. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for your pets and children to play safely, and the kitchen, dining, and living rooms are designed to gather everyone. We hope you’ll make our home, yours.

Additionally, you'll have access to the fully fenced back yard, patio, and drive-way parking spaces.

Fabulous House & Host!
This home felt brand new and everything was so spotless when we arrived! The beds were AMAZING! Towels & linens were great! My kids fell in love with the toys! Such a beautiful home! The front door lock pad was a little confusing. We locked ourselves out of the house the very first night (super embarrassing). Chelsey, the host, was very quick to respond and helped us get inside within minutes! She was very helpful and gave awesome check in and check out instructions. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever need a place to stay in Utah County!

Perfect for what we needed
Super clean, lots of beds, extra bedding, towels. Very safe, friendly neighborhood convenient to freeway. My 3 year old was especially excited about the toy trucks and books. It was everything our family needed to make a 2 week stay feel like home. Host was very communicative as well.

Wedding weekend
My son and daughter in law had a beautiful destination wedding and my husband and I needed a home that could accommodate several family members to include our 22 month old granddaughter and 3 small dogs. Highly Recommend!
We had a great stay in American Fork! Check in/out was seamless. The host was friendly, communicative and accommodating. The house was comfortable and clean in a quiet residential neighborhood. The large yard was perfect for the dogs. Thanks for having us!

Lovely (and Pet Friendly) Home
This home was perfect for a weekend getaway with our dogs. The dogs loved the fully fenced and lush backyard! We enjoyed the patio seating with the fire pit. The bed and linens were soft, and the spacious bathtub was my a dream! The location was pretty convenient, in a very safe neighborhood. We visited the tulip festival at Thanksgiving Point, plus Downtown SLC is only 30 mins away.

Peaceful and Pleasant
This is the second time we stayed at this home. Very much like our first time, the home was clean and warm and felt like home away from home. My children love it here and always get so sad when we have to leave. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Utah and really appreciate the kindness shown to us from the owners. They are flexible and always responsive. They are always willing to meet our needs. We fully intend to stay here again when we return to Utah.

Great place for young children!
The house was clean and the neighborhood was perfect for young children and pre-teens. Three TV's all had Roku technology for down time. The back yard had a play structure for under 10's and a trampoline. Toys were provided, along with books for children under 7. Hosts provided laundry soap and dryer sheets, as well as detergent for the dish washer. Kids' room bunk fits two large kids (we were able to fit our 8 and 7 on the large bottom bunk and our 3 and 4 on the smaller top bunk). Very large driveway could hold three large cars/vans. Plates, cups, and some cookware were provided by host; all very clean and useful. All appliances worked. Great stay!
