“This was the perfect house to celebrate some milestones with a close group of friends! There was plenty of space to gather without being crowded in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is beautiful and the location and views were amazing. The house was clean and supplied with every amenity you would need. ”

“The entire house was beautifully restored, tastefully decorated and had many period furnishings. We stayed here for our annual Girls Getaway. It is conveniently located one hour away from Spencer, Sioux Falls and Sioux City, and we were able to make day trips to different locations. One of the days we planned to have a tea party at the house, and although we brought many of our serving dishes with us, we were happy to find quality serving dishes available and used some of those too. “We visited end of July and it was very hot outside. The air conditioning was great. Well kept home in a nice area. It was convenient to the restaurants we visited and not too far from the fairgrounds. We appreciated having a second bathroom.”
